figured that might light up the board. Currently standing in the afternoon hasbro ticket line in 4,000 degree heat. Seriously, it is 4,000 degrees. I'll figure out what I'm doing with the extra later. I'm thinking equivalent trade (20 bucks). I'll post what I'm looking for later.

Hey all, Just got back from San Diego - and wow, what a mess. I'd never been before, so the sheer scope of the whole thing was a bit stunning to me. When all was said and done, I managed to snag two Peter Parker's, an Iron Man, and a Fertility Idol. I ultimately ended up giving money to a dealer for the Idol and Iron man - but it was worth it. The Hasbro line was...no joke...a two...three...four hour wait? I couldn't even tell. What you see in the picture is only about 1/20th of the actual line. It was pretty much one of the biggest draws of the show. I never even got close to getting in the line. I would've been in the line until they closed, and even then, I don't know if it would've worked out. Spending the extra cash with the dealer was ultimately worth the money because since I was by myself, I didn't feel like the wait was worth it (even for my beloved Mighty Muggs). So - if you have anyone going for you this weekend and you're willing to shell out 20-25 bucks, tell them to look for the dealer in the back right corner of the Exhibit hall, about 3-4 rows from the corner, next to the Playboy autograph table (I got to see my favorite Playmate of all time!) - I don't know if he'll have any more Muggs, but that's where I got mine. There's also a couple dealers that were randomly selling Peter Parker's scattered throughout. I haven't read any other reactions, but I'd have to say that Hasbro didn't do a great job with this sale. It was so crowded I didn't get to see the Joes or the Transformers - a bit of a bummer as Muggs were honestly the only reason I was really making the trip. It would've been better (as I believe I had heard was suggested before) if Hasbro handed out tickets to order the Muggs online. Sure, it was fun to go home with one, but it would've reduced the hassle by about 100000% (more or less). A fellow Hasbro shopper mentioned that Spawn does that, and as a result - zero line. Overall, the Con was pretty cool. Fun to walk around, see people dressed in costumes, lots of great art to see. There's way too many people there, which makes it really hard to just relax and poke around when you have Darth Vader running over you to play Ghostbusters on the PS3. Anyway, I'm exhausted and I know the real draw here is my extra Peter Parker. I'll happily trade it here on the board. My ideal trade would be my Peter Parker and my General Grievous for cash value equivalent - three Muggs? That's not too much to ask, right? Parker box has a small dent in the top middle of the back of the box - figure looks classy. Nice paint, good looking 1/2 faces (such a weird figure). Here's what I'm looking for, in order of preference - Boba Fett, C-3PO, Leia, Wolverine, Venom, Yoda - also would take Ackbar/Shadow Trooper if anyone, but that seems like a little much to ask (so I won't, I'll just put it out there). I'll ship via priority mail (if you'll do the same) and I have a 359 feedback rating on eBay. Not really interested in cash, more interested in rounding out the collection. Hope you all are well - thanks for reading today.
