Is there any plans for new GI Joe Muggs becuase we only have seen like 6 and serpentor but thats about it. And I am concerned it may end up like Indy muggs or maybe like the "cancelled" Transformer Muggs.

I'm willing to bet that after Destro and Baroness, Joe is toast.

i think you are right zoop. i believe its going to play out like this. Joes are finished with wave 2, baroness and destro. TF will be finished with wave 2, Grimlock and Starscream. SW is going TRU exclusive after wave 9. and Marvel will be available as normal.

I see all done by Winter, TRU exclusive as well. We'll get two TRU exclusive SW waves, probably 1 to 2 Marvel TRU exclusive waves.

I think the TRU EX means they are going to continue. As for JOES, sadly I may have to agree that they might not go on much longer. Even though I think they could. Alot of great characters to pick from, unlike Indy.

I don't see TRU lasting longer than a year, honestly, and that includes their assets.

to be fair, the story on figures.com mentions that ALL mighty muggs will be TRU exclusive in the fall, and specifically names star wars, marvel, joes and transformers. so the cancellations we've seen elsewhere *could* be due to the muggs going to TRU instead.
but i actually agree with Zoop... i wouldn't be surprised to see TRU gone by the end of the year, including our muggs.
however, if you want to hope for a bright side, if mighty muggs remain decent sellers through this 'rough patch,' once hasbro is done pushing product for the joe movie, wolverine movie and transformers movie, next year, muggs *could* see be resurrected.
but i doubt it.

so if muggs end, does that mean the lounge is at its end too?

so if muggs end, does that mean the lounge is at its end too? I don't have any plans on pulling the plug on the Lounge, I'll continue to post the latest news as I get it. I've tried contacting Hasbro for ANY information as to what the future of Mighty Muggs might be but the info I've gotten is vague at best. So to answer you question no. fans continuing to posts here? different story.

They will have to put out at least another wave when the movie hits...They won't be movie related, but the hype will bring out another wave.

Never been a big GI Joe fan, but I still like these Muggs. Itd be sad to see them cancelled, especially before the movie comes out.

so if muggs end, does that mean the lounge is at its end too? Actually I'm betting that there's going to be at least 1 or 2 movie based muggs. Wolverine for one would most likely end up being an SDCC exclusive or something. There's a general love for Wolverine toys with almost every toy company. A movie Snakeeyes frome GI Joe or movie Optimus Prime doesnt sound too far fetch. We did got a movie Ironman Mugg.
