Anyone here like Brawl? Post your friend codes here too, I'll post mine later since I can't remember it. I'd also like to say some other stuff about it: Now that they've added non-Nintendo characters, they should throw in downloadable characters from the Wii Shop channel. More Sonic characters, Bomberman, Crash Bandicoot, and if they could get away with it, Master Chief.

Toss in Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, and a ghost which color was selectable and it would be pretty complete. Nintendo has worked with Namco before anyway, and what about "Super Smash Kart?"

While I like Sonic and Snake as characters, I DON'T want other 3rd Party characters. ESPECIALLY not Crash Bandicoot or Master Chief... who happens to be owned by Microsoft, so they can't "get away with it"
Also, don't get your hopes up onn DLC characters... IT WONT HAPPEN.
Also... Super Smash Kart? Go play Mario Kart.
Also, also, I'd post my FC but I stopped playing competitively so you could probably kick I disagree.
Also, also, ... also.

no wave dashing in brawl killed it for me. Still fun game to play to pass the time but not much else there after that for me.

Yeah, Viva Pinata is made by Rare and Microsoft. Rare MADE it, Microsoft PUBLISHED it.

Microsoft has control of it if it published it. Look, let's look at Harry Potter, it's published by Scholastic, if Scholastic want's to make it into a, say, an iTunes thingy, Scholastic is in control, while JK Rowling has a say, Scholastic is mostly in control.

Just because Microsoft PUBLISHED it, doesn't mean they OWN it. Rare OWNS it. Books are a completely different subject. Look at it this way: Bungie USED TO OWN Halo. They sold the RIGHTS to Microsoft. Now Microsoft can do what they want. BECAUSE MICROSOFT OWNS THAT, NOT VIVA PINATA.

Ease up, Joe. No need to get snippy, he's simply misinformed. Providing the information in a friendly manner is all that's needed; not everyone knows the ins and outs of the industry, so clarifying facts is in order so folks can better understand the inner workings of stuff like that. It's tough to grasp at first, and if you're going to step in to correct people, finish the job in a polite fashion. Unfortunately for SSB fans, Joe IS right, as Microsoft owns the intellectually property that is Halo, and will refuse to work with Nintendo as it will not sell their titles. First party properties are like that (examples: Microsoft = Halo, Sony = God of War, Nintendo = Mario, etc.). Rare is a second party studio for Microsoft and can do whatever they wish with their own properties, including Viva Pinata. Third parties such as Take 2 Games can release games like BioShock and Grand Theft Auto on any system, because they do not develop titles that are exclusive on specific consoles. Sega threw Sonic in there because they no longer push hardware and, judging based on current Sonic outings, have defiled the poor hedgehog's corpse, so why not make some money by teaming up with Nintendo? Hope that clears the issue up. On topic, I don't like Smash Bros. and I rarely play my Wii. It collects most of the dust in my living room, though, so it has its purposes.

I'm okay with your posts, Joe, and your generally negative opinions IF you provide them with A) a wealth of solid information and B) in a polite manner. You seem like a natural pessimist, so I won't attempt to make you post positive messages all the time or anything like that, but your correcting here came off to me as pretty rude. We can't all be positive, and I understand that's your individuality--I respect that. But there is a fine line between being a pessimist and being a bummer. Just remember which side you're on and we're cool. I'm sure soc agrees here and will ease up on ya for being a negative nancy as long as you try to remain polite to people if you correct them. Correction IS a good thing; it allows us to learn more and understand things better, but people can take offense rather easily to being corrected, so being nice while providing someone with new information is the key to a happy community.

Yeah... I guess I really am a natural pessimist. I'm just... kinda hard to please, ya know? (That sound'd slightly naughty, tee-heeheehee =3) I'm the kind of person who comes out of watching a movie with friends and they say "I liked most of the movie, except for the end. It was a pretty good movie." and I say "I liked most of the movie, except for the end. That movie SUCKED."
I really DIDN'T mean to come off... well, mean. Sometimes I just CAPATALIZE to EMPHASIZE my words... Oh crap! I'm doing it again! =P
But, anyway, we are getting off-topic, so:
Zero Suit Samus is teh HAWT ^_^
OK... uuuh, who do you main, toaster? Me: King Dedede and Ice Climbers.
