I love that they used the guy, William Katt, that played in the TV Series "Greatest American Hero", to play the sleazy reporter trying to expose Nicki's past.
Course Bruce Boxleitner has a whole scifi history between TRON and Babylon 5.

Yes, but:
1.) How did she get those powers?
2.) How did she survive the fire/explosion?
Also, you might want to lable this thread "Spoilers"

Ratings, however, were a definite "meh", well below anything from the halcyon days of Season 1: www.syfyportal.com/news425396.htmlIf that keeps up, they'll need all of their powers to survive ... cancellation!

I also though it was this episode was great! I can already tell this season is trying to emulate season 1 and get past the disappointing season 2. Here are some of my thoughts
1. too much time traveling! Please heed Doc Browns warning about the disrupting the time continuum!
2. The scene with Hiro and the speedster girl was amazing! I like how Hiro could physically "touch" the speed lines she left behind.
3. Maya and Suresh = Holy ripped shirt Batman!
4. Nikki and the politician = Holy lingerie Batman!
5. the scene with syalr and claire was messed up! at least he gave her her scalp back. I wonder what part of her brian he took and why?

It didn't seem that Sylar took any brain from Claire, he just rooted around using his Power to discover how her power was wired in the brain. How this lets him adjust his own physiology is unknown and intentionaly vauge. The creator of the show said his original idea was that Sylar eat the brains but changed it at the last minute.

Now why would Uncle Sylar kill his niece?

It was an odd twist but I don't think she's his mom. She's a master manipulater and next to Peter, Sylar is the most powerful of the Supers.

My favorite quote of the episode: Claire: Are you gonna eat it? Sylar: Eat your brain? Claire that's disgusting.
I laughed/nerdgasmd. Awesome.
And yeah, Heroes is amazing. I gotta work on getting season 2 and the graphic novel. My favorite characters are Mr. Bennet, Sylar, DL, Parkman and Niki (Soooo hot.) Did anyone else also realize that The German is a direct influence from Magneto? Besides obvious power similarities, they're both racist (human race-ist.), and are German in origin. Other "heroes" do share similarities to comic book characters, but not as many as The German to Magneto.
What does the Target Exclusive have that the other versions don't Joe?
Also, did the flying boy from season 2 that liked Claire die? I forgot.

Here's a question, what is the power of the body that Our Time Peter (OT Peter) now inhabits?
MY guess: Bullseye's Power.

The Target special edition has an extra disc (With some... tour thing) and a sketch book. Not much, but I'm a sucker for collectors editions! =P
Also, I live about 15 to 20 minutes from where Ali Larters (Nikki) parents live.
Oh, and the newest TV guide has all the different powers for the villains in it. I'd tell ya, but I seem to have misplaced the magazine.

Here's a question, what is the power of the body that Our Time Peter (OT Peter) now inhabits? MY guess: Bullseye's Power. I think it's got something to do with Peter being inside his body. I think his "host" has the ability to absorb the body or mind (of both) of people.
