Just wondering how many have lost patience waiting for restocks or decided to save petrol from hunting, and just bought muggs higher than retail?
If so, which mugg and how much?

I did the same with the exclusives, and (this was before I found the Lounge), Darth Maul, and a couple of Stormies. Almost did it with C3PO until I called a TRU about 45 mins away and scored 2 of them. Now I am waiting on a Venom rerelease, or maybe I'll just chuck it up and go to Urban Outfitters. I refuse to give up an exclusive for it, especially a Petey.

Peter Parker and all new Waves from now on. My stores are real lame about stocking and I have a lot of scalpers to deal w/, so I'm going pre-order online.

I bought my Indy Wave 2 from Hasbro. they were 9.99 + 1.34 shipping each (I got a 10% discount with a coupon code). Thats dang close to buying them in the store and paying tax.
So I guess the answer is NO. LOL

I'll miss the Hunt though. i used to like the hunt as well. nothing like finding one at retail and having that feeling like score! but lately i just been sick of it. driving around to find empty shelfs lazy employees and im not sure if any of you here have to deal with this but walmarts in ca are pretty much the worst place you can go. it's like the bottom the barrel here. if you just happen to find a mugg at retail be prepared to wait in the longest line possible it makes the dmv look like a short trip.

^^^Totally agree. Went on two mugg hunts this week & ran into all the same problems. Actually thought to myself "What are you doing wasting all this time & gas?"
But anyway. Yes i bought the SDCC set of 4 for a little over $100. Totally worth it in my opinion. I LOVE that Iron Man. He may just jump Mola Ram as my favorite. Everytime I look at it I think... Nice job Hasbro.
