;D SMOKING. Ha Ha made you look ;D
I have given up my filthy habit after 8yrs. My wife is super happy and I guess I am as well but I wasn't motivated by health reasons. My main source of motivation is Muggs. W/ the economy circling around the toilet bowl I have had to cut back on Muggs. A while back I had a Punisher & Jigsaw in each hand but couldn't get them. I began going over my budget and found I was spending close to $100 a month on smokes. So out w/ the Coffin Nails and in w/ more Muggs.
For anyone thinking of quiting, I got Chantix from my Doc and it works great. I've had no cravings or bad mood swings at all. Side-Effects list suicidal thoughts and wierd dreams but less than 10% of people have this problem. The only side-effect that I'm having is increased... farting. Small price to pay for clean lungs and more Muggs.
and thus ends me pating myself on the back.

Congrats! Make a fund for the amount of money you'd normally spend on cigarettes and use it towards something nice in a few months, like a sweet TV or something. That way you A) realize how much you're saving and B) reward yourself for doing so well. Good luck!

Here's a bad one, the day after I saw the TRU exclusives I came upon 4 Venoms at my Target.

Man, don't scare me like that. When I seen this topic on the main index, it said Jose was the last person to post and I thought he was leaving the lounge...
On another note, congrats on quitting. It's a horrible thing to start, good thing I learned at a young age not to start.
