Ok, so what are you guys doing with your Muggs? Are you opening them are you leaving them closed? Right now I've decided not to open them because there's no going back once you do. I'm having a hard time convincing my kids that we need to wait. ;D
But do you guys see these things as being serious collectibles that will be more and more difficult to find? I know right now they are, and you have to pay double retail on ebay just to get hold of some of these, but it seems like the first waves are going to be re-released eventually anyway which would help with the scarcity issue.
So the question is...serious collectible or just a cool toy? Are you hunting for the pristine box or are you just cracking these suckers wide open?
What are everybody's thoughts?

Keeping mine MOC...that is how I collect...I NEVER open....plus these things are fine MOC anyway...the packaging looks great, and you can see the whole figure in the window. Who knows if there will be a premium for these in the long run...doesn't matter to me anyway as I will never break up my collection.

We've decided ours are staying closed. We had purchased an extra darth maul so my husband could open it, and afterwards he was disappointed, it didnt feel that great. haha.
we have already decided in the house we are building that our muggs will have special shelves and possibly a corner (depending how many they release) in the house we are building. our mugg collection is completely for show.
the box just adds to how cool these little guys are!

FREE them from their plastic cages, brother!! Seriously, I used to be a MOC collector many a year ago, but after being tempted by the Dark Side, am much happier now actually enjoying my "prizes" .... (LOL, to each his own but for me, displaying and posing is more than half the fun.)

Mine are also staying MIB as I LOVE the artwork on the packaging, but I buy doubles of those I feel I actually want to mess with so I have on of each

I live in a land of openness. Open opinions about life. And open figures. But thats how I roll.
But I will admit the boxes rock.

99% or more is carded figures and boxed stuff, but these guys are just too cool to stay closed. Opened all the way here. Plus it doesn't help that Canada gets lame generic boxes.

While I keep most of my regular figures boxes/carded, I have opened all of these guys up. They are just too funny to keep boxed.
I have 12 of them lined around the back cabinet in my cubicle at work. Every couple of days I move two or three out to the front in a little "scene".....Lando hitting on Leia, the Emperor and Vader, and just so you know....Chewie wearing Vader's cape looks like a vampire.
