Hello Users, I want to play a game. So far in what could loosely be called your life you’ve wasted precious time reading the website, The Mighty Muggs Lounge and its counterpart Mighty Mugg toys. Society would call you a geek, a freak, obsessive; crazier than a Star Wars or Star Trek fan. I call you unworthy of the body you possess, of the life that you’ve been given. Now we will see if you are willing to look inward rather than outward to give up the one thing you rely on in order to go on living. The Mighty Muggs Lounge message board you see before you is set to upload a virus to your computer. The virus is on a timer. If you do not locate the key in time the virus will spread throughout your computer causing it to operate erratically, overheat, burn up and release toxic smoke into the closed quarters around you. Think of it like a gas chamber. Don’t worry; soon you won’t feel a thing. Taking into account that you are at a great disadvantage here I’m going to give you a hint as to where I’ve hidden the key you will need to stop the virus, so listen carefully. The hint is this... It’s right before your eyes. What will you sacrifice to stay alive? Live or die, make your choice. Let the game begin.____________________________________ ;D Ok, sorry. Saw is one of my favorite Horror films. The first has to be my favorite, can't wait for Saw V though! So, what's your favorite Horror Movie? ;D

Ugh... Saw. The first 2 were good but they just need to stop. I don't really have a favorite, they all suck lately.

Ugh... Saw. The first 2 were good but they just need to stop. I don't really have a favorite, they all suck lately. Again with the positive. Okay, my answer would have to be Zombie movies. George A. Romero, 28 Days/Weeks Later, Campy Zombie movies. You name it I'll want to watch it or I have it on DVD(or will soon enough.) And Halloween. I actually enjoy the Rob Zombie "remake:"/"revision". I enjoy Vampire flicks also, Bram Strokers, Dracula 2000, 30 Days of Night. And.... Number one overall: Interview with A Vampire. Absolutely love that film. Might be my favorite movie, not just horror.

I kinda agree but i hope the 5th one is better.... as for favorite I would have to step back in time and go back to the true horror flicks back when i was a kid, Child's Play.... trust me, that nuts freaked me out, and then what was worst i have a older sister who made my toys talk -___- ... she was practicing becoming a ventriloquist.... um Then there was It... Stephen king and clowns man.... for my all time would be the oldschool universal monsters who created the genre, phantom, dracula, frankenstein. bella lagousie, borris karloff, all old schoo

The Shining. It's also my all-time favorite film. Kubrick had such a vivid imagination and attention to detail.

Also, if we are considering Vampire movies "horror", then I'll say Underworld, which also happens to be my favorite movie of all time.

Well, let's see.... on one hand we have the classic horror films that were cranked out by Hammer Studios in England back in the day (the many Christopher Lee Dracula movies and the Frankenstein movies with Peter Cushing ((Grand Moff Tarkin)) as the Doctor. There are also the even older classics with Larry Talbot as the Wolf Man, the incredible Bela Lugosi as Dracula and of course the many films of Boris Karloff (Frankenstein, the Mummy etc...) Then of course, there are the more "modern" films of the Freddy Kruger, Halloween etc.. variety.... an interesting dilemna.... Upon much deliberation I'd say for favorite Horror Film I would have to go with.... (drumroll) THE SOUND OF MUSIC!AArghh.... what a scarefest!! I mean, who could have created that mop of hair on Julie Andrews... and the way she runs over that hill ...simply frightening!! Don't forget about those creepy little Von Trapp kids ... don't THEY give you nightmares in a way that Freddy never could, all except the one played by little Angela Cartwright(later Penny on Lost in Space)... she had "wild eyes" and always looked liked she was going to bolt from the set, ditch the frumpy dress and go scampering off into the woods howling like a little banshee, wearing only a smile ... Worst of all was the Do-Re-Me song.... now that was horror music at its finest...it sends a chill down my spine to hear those three notes.... Beware, zombies, monsters, vampires and ghouls.... and run for your un-lives.... it's a "name I call myself.... fa... a long long way to run....." They're alive, I tell you.... the Hills are Alive!! MAKE IT STOP!!! * Note to the satirically challenged, the above was meant to invoke an assortment of grins, head turns and even the occasional twitch in disbelief. Yeah, I am slightly bored at the moment.....

Hard to pick one really.
I think the first real horror sticks in your mind then everything else just numbs you to the type. the original romero stuff dawn, day and things like I spit on your grave. They gave me chills when I saw them as a kid. If I had to pick something modern it would prob be The Decent it just made me jump with the tension in the film.
One of my fav films is a vampire movie but its not all out horror and that is Near Dark. In my mind one of the best modernistic takes on vampires around.

If Resident evil is considered horror, then that is my favorite line, just cause all the action is awesome

Not really into horror movies but when I was a kid I was watching It then we had a blackout like half way through the movie. I was petrified the whole night. Poltergeist also scared the crap outta me because of the psychic with the weird voice haha.

Zombies. B-Slashers. To narrow it down to one will take some time... I'll have to think on this...

THE EXORCIST!!! Saw it as a kid, gave me nightmares for days I saw it as at 20-something, and it made me shiver. I think the surround sound helped a bit. I have a hard time picking an all time favorite. I've seen a ton. As a teenager, two of my friends and I used to rent 3-4 horror flicks every Friday. One that has always stuck out was Sleep-Away Camp. Great freaky twist of an ending. Two sequels followed, but were more comical than anything. As for the past few years, I quite enjoyed the Ring movies, for some reason Mothman Prophecies gave me the willies, and I loved the Dawn of the Dead remake.
