That's insane, even for such a high volume seller. Generally, if a seller does high volume, feedback as low as 98% isn't bad. Anything lower and you should avoid. Period. Low volume eBay sellers that aren't above 99% should in general be avoided as well. Stuff just shouldn't fall to the wayside when you don't have a ton of customers. Every customer should be your most valuable. I know of what I speak. My feedback: feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=blenderpc&ftab=AllFeedback&sspagename=STRK:ME:UFSAs for toyrocket.com itself, a guy at my work buys new stuff from them all the time and doesn't have a problem. I imagine they treat their eBay customers like 2nd class citizens since they're just unloading back stock on the cheap.

I ordered some Batman related stuff off their website in late sping. All the items were listed as in stock on their website & I had 6 or 7 items. A week later I got an email. They had NONE of the things I ordered. They did refund my money, but when I checked the website next they had all my items still listed for sale.
Seems kind of lazy to me. You would think they would have at least changed to "Sold Out" & an online retailer SHOULD know their inventory pretty easy. They have invented computers & calculators last time I checked.
So just be careful with Toy Rocket

Maybe we should start a "Sites to avoid" thread here, were people can list their experiences with sites, kinda like the Good Trader/Bad Trader thread... but with sites.
