I've heard that boiling them slowly works but if you're not watching it like a hawk they can warp. I'll see what else I can find.

Go slow on the torso the glue holding the two pieces together is very tough. try an exacto. I'm in Visalia, CA.

Aite the head was easy to get off now i dunno how to take off the arms n everything else. do i have to split it??

I've read that the torso has to split along the seam under the arms. If you can get a blade to remove the adhesive from the seam it may be easier to split. Do not soak in chemicals. Once again boiling could work. This is easier with actual Vynil since you can a hair dryer to soften it. Muggs are not true vynil they're plastic. I hope Hasbro adresses this issue with the blanks.

all i did was take one of those xacto blades n split it apart after boiling it water
