Found out monday that I have to Deploy overseas now so I won't be going to Comic-con. I was bummed when I found out luckily I had only bought my ticket and not paid for my hotel yet. Oh well maybe I will go out there next year.

Oh well maybe I will go out there next year. That really is too bad. I had to sell mine due to lack of $$. Good luck and be safe out there.

If anyone is going to SDCC and willing to pick stuff up for a stranger, I'm hoping to get: SDCC 25th Anniversary Soundwave (this is the one I'm practically foaming over!) Logan with retractable claws (If he looks different than the old Logan. Say no to Hasbro recycling!) If there is an SDCC Star Wars mugg, I'd love to have it. I will pay promptly - if you can help me out, my email is plaster(dot)hounds(at)gmail(dot)com, and my AIM name is MMAnimalFat Thanks!

1. Should I bring my daughter, she'll be 2.5yrs? I would say no bc the reasons everyone else has stated
2. What's a good hotel in the area? this is where it gets tricky. for me, i gone for 5 years and have thankfully lived in san diego. what i recommend for you is to get a hotel in the hotel circle (Fashion valley mission valley area right off the 8 freeway) here you can take a trolley that goes straight to the convention center and it only cost 5 bucks for round trip. better than paying 9 bucks in a random lot.
3. Any tips for a Comic-Con virgin? Bring food or go to horton plaza. i do this every year and the mall is only about 7 - 10 mins walking from the convention. Enjoy it!
