My preorders have been paid. Both of them. As in, both of the exclusive SW waves. Hooray!

I got mine in the mail today from scifigenre.com. These were listed as in stock on a lot of websites last week. I bought the imperial guard and scout trooper. I passed on the rest. The scout trooper's gun is massive.

I'm excited, my Wampa and Wicket are on their ways! I'm really sad though, I must have blanked, but I missed out on the other wave, so now I don't get a Scout Trooper. They're sold out. I guess I'll wait and see if maybe they get more back in.

I found the Gamorrean Guard today at a TFAW store in Portland Oregon. I really wasn't impressed with it. I passed on it.

Everyone is different. I am glad to hear people out there like the Gamorrean Guard. If it's not a shelf warmer than that is good news. I guess for me I just don't like the eyes on the Gamorrean Guard. FYI - I hit two local comic shops yesterday in NH and they both had these new SW waves in stock. I guess the whole internet exclusive thing was a hoax. These two local shops don't have websites either.

strange. but i guess they can order off the web and then sell them in their own stores.

I doubt that. I'm sure they were offered the chance to get these muggs throught diamond comics distributors. The whole "internet exclusive" was just a marketing campaign to get business to websites. Looks like Joel was wrong in his recent email/letter from BBTS saying these muggs were only available online / direct market.

Since no one else has posted any photos, here's what I received in the mail today: All of my pre-orders. They shipped Monday via USPS from BBTS.com, so not that long of a wait at all! Wampa, with detachable right arm! Imperial Guard. Wicket (Looks happy next to Teebo. Now where's Chief Chirpa?) Scout Trooper (Now all I need is a Snow Trooper...) Gamorrean Guard Close up of the Guard's piggy eyes. I had a great experience with BBTS.com, except for the damage done to the Imperial Guard's box. I didn't order a collector's grade or anything, so I suspect that's why I got one of the squished boxes. It's nothing horrible; I intend to eventually have these out of the boxes so no loss. The boxes don't divulge any new Muggs we don't already know about. I'm sad about that. And I like the Gamorrean Guard! If I had room I might have bought two of several of the Muggs just because some of them should be in pairs. The denizens of Jabba's Palace were always favorites of mine as a kid, Gamorreans included. (If only they'd do Bib Fortuna and Salacious Crumb. I don't know how they'd manage a Jabba.) Sorry about the less-than-stellar lighting in the photos. My condo doesn't have the best lighting for things like these.
