Okay so I have Darth Maul version 1, and 2 of the Version 2, the one w/o the shirt. All 3 are Vinyl heads, not the harder plastic, and all 3 boxes are in perfect condition. Now my plan is to get them signed by Ray Park at Disney's SWW this May. Now is that going to make my Muggs go up in value, or down? Like I'm pretty much keeping one of each, and since I adore Ray Parks and Darth Maul for me that makes my two go up in value. However considering I have an extra of V2, and could easily be convinced to part with it, am I going to make its value go down by having it autographed?
Also I was planning on having Ray autograph the boxes, not the actual Muggs, since I refuse to open mine. Dumb call? I figured on the plastic window for the signature as well. However I know it won't hold up as well there as it would if I had him sign the paper part of the box. Any opinions? Who's had theirs autographed?
Hope to hear back!

I'd imagine up in value, considering the value of most Muggs is pretty low these days.

I don't think the value will change at all.
Maybe I should get Billy Dee Williams to sign my Lando mugg.

The thing about autographs is authenticity. I imagine it would be difficult to sell something like this on ebay and try to prove it's real. I have autographed Mugg signed by Rob and Chris (guys who created Muggs) I know they are not celebs but the Mugg means a great to me. I also have the sigs on the box, right on the window and it looks great! Next time I see Ray, I'm getting my Snakes signed!
