I collect just about anything R2-d2 related, Galactic Heroes, Mighty Muggs, little bit of 'dis, little bit a 'dat.... Seriously though I became so much happier of a collector when I decided I didn't have to have them all. So now I get what I want when I want and try not to stress out over a hobby that should be fun when all is said and done. Oh yeah here's a video I did up a while back of my collection room. www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYNo9Y7EIGY

I did collect Hasbro SW 3 3/4 figs for a while but, have since started the Gentle Giant Animatted Maquettes and busts. I have all the current maquettes so far and am close to have my set up with the maquette and matching bust. Other than GG the muggs are next in my collection maybe the occasional 3 3/4 fig not very often. This year I have only bought maybe 6 compaired to past years had to score the Battle Damaged Vader from the TFU.

Good Gravy.....don't get me started on Gentle Giant! I at one point had every bust released, close to 60 busts, before it just got too stressful collecting them. I like many others have moved on to collectibles and pieces that I enjoy collecting as opposed to getting "one of each"

Very very impressive, though it does look like you're running out of room on the long shelves (or else everyone is going to halve to inhale to make room as the collection grows!)
Thanks for sharing!

I've always collected, it started with Star Wars figures when I was a kid then comics etc etc. Over the years I've gone through numerous purges and restarts, at the moment I mostly collect vinyl toys (as that's the business I'm in now) and some comic related stuff. I like anything that's a bit wierd. I really like the Hellboy action figures (comic version) and the new Turtles that look like the old comic.
I'd like to see MMs designed by different comic book artists. I think that'd rock.

I'd like to see MMs designed by different comic book artists. I think that'd rock. I agree, but the fact that several artists also use different body proportions would unfortunately be lost on the Muggs, though the paintjobs would help distinguish them. I have heard "rumors" that The Powers That Be are actually thinking along these lines as a possibility ....

That'd be awesome. I love platform toys with all different artist's takes on it. They display well too!

Yeah, if true, it would be another way to allow them to sell multiple versions of a single character....
