I got my hands on it last Thursday for the PS3... first impressions were that I was blown away by the graphics. Really big step up from the other next gen versions. Lots of new animations, which all are great. The biggest thing that took getting used to was the "My Skill" level. I really like the idea, it's just a bit tricky...if you complete 85% of your passes for 6TD's and 1 INT in a game, all of the sudden your an All-Madden passer...but then you throw 3 INT's in your next game, and all of the sudden you're just an All-Pro passer, which in turn, makes passing easier again, and easier to rack up offensive numbers. So it's just this back and forth battle of difficulty....
I'm not saying I don't like it, it certainly does make for a challenge, but as a casual, average, Madden player, I do wonder if I'd be better suited to just play on All-Pro.
Otherwise, game is great. I love passing. Don't run very often at all (if ever). Love running no huddle, calling hot routes, etc. Playing D is pretty tough, rarely do I get sacks or cause fumbles.
Overall, very happy, liking the game more each time I play it.

I have played a few games in my franchise as the Rams, and I gave up on the "My Skill" setting after a few games. It was too up and down on the difficulty for my liking. One game you could pass/run all over the computer and the next you could barely scrape 100 yards of offense together. After setting my difficulty to roughly what they had given me, it has been a lot of fun so far. And it is nice to see the Rams winning some games

I have it, but haven't played it yet. My xbox suffered from the red ring of death and I had to send it off for repairs. I should get a chance to play it some time next week. :/
