This classified area has been set up for the purpose of helping other forum members with obtaining Mighty Mighty Muggs. Like any internet marketplace the rule of "buyer beware" applies.
Please note that the Mighty Muggs Lounge, the owner, nor it's staff take ANY part in these transactions so to help protect yourself please abide with the following rules.
RULES:
- Scalping (buying items solely with the intention of immediately selling them to other collectors) is forbidden.
- No preorders may be sold Mighty Muggs Market. Items must be the seller's possession. Violation of this rule will result in the listing being deleted.
- Editorial comments about the seller, the seller's item, the price the seller is asking or general interference in the commerce thread is not allowed.
- Do not bump sale threads more than once in a 24 hour period. Doing so will result in the thread being deleted.
- An asking price must be supplied by the seller to list an item. No "make an offer" or auction style for sale posts will be allowed. They will be deleted. A prospective buyer can always make a lower offer, of course.
- This forum is a privilege, not a right. If the mods feel that a sale or post is inappropriate then it can and will be deleted at our digression. Period.
GUIDELINES:
- Check the feedback thread in this forum. If the member you're dealing with isn't listed, ask for references of previous deals.
- Never send an item before payment is received.
- Seller and Buyer should ask for each other's ebay user names and check each other's feedback on ebay.
- Don't deal with someone who has a low post count without references.
- Get references.
- Beware of private messages that solicit you to buy something. This is too risky and is in place for your protection.
If you cannot abide by these rules DO NOT POST HERE. PERIOD. the Mighty Muggs Lounge staff WILL DELETE WITHOUT HESITATION any and all threads that do not follow these rules. If you break these rules you will get a warning, break the rules and guidelines again and you WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED.
