You might want to use the Comic Store Locating Service (Just Google "csls" it's the first thing that comes up) and e-mail those shops to see if they do.

Toys R Us in Times sqr has a ton of Lando's on sale for $8... they also had a ton of Doc Ock and Ghost Rider.
I also believe Midtown comics carries muggs but they go for around $16
